The Proverbs series comes from my personal study in the book of Proverbs.
Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, Solomon wrote and compiled most of the Proverbs; a book for teaching people how to live godly lives. There is a chasmic breach between knowledge – having the facts and wisdom – applying the facts to life.

The book of Proverbs uses a variety of literary forms, mostly poetic couplets driven with parables, questions, antithesis, comparison, and personification.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Drawings are original, one-of-a-kind works on paper – graphite on water media and gesso. All drawings are sold unframed unless otherwise noted.
